📦 Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

During busy periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United Kingdom:

  • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail or Courier): £5
    Estimated Delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch

  • Free Delivery on all orders over £200

Ireland:

  • Standard Delivery (An Post or Courier): £16
    Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch

  • Free Delivery on all orders over £200

We currently ship to addresses in:

  • The United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland)

  • The Republic of Ireland

If you are outside these regions, please contact us before placing an order.

🔄 Order Changes & Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping details are correct when placing your order. We cannot make changes once your item has been dispatched. Groogans Ltd is not responsible for items lost due to incorrect shipping addresses.
